Eremon Farm is located conveniently just 10 minutes off I-90 or Hwy 18 in Issaquah, Washington.  Eremon Farm offers the highest level of cleanliness, safety and care for the horses at our facility.

In the interest of providing the highest quality riding experience for all of our clients, all boarders and leasers must be in training while boarding or leasing a horse at Eremon Farm.  We welcome horses and riders of all levels and goals.  Therefore, we are committed to offering a variety of lesson/training packages to suit each individual horse/rider's needs.  Please see "Boarder Training and lessons" for more information on the packages we offer.

Full Care Board
$625.00 per month

(Price does not include training)

• 12X12 stall, cleaned at least once daily and bedded with highest quality pellets.
• Feeding of the highest quality alfalfa and/or orchard grass hay available at least twice per day
• Dynamite brand P.G.R. grain fed up to twice daily
• Feeding of additional supplements as provided by client (as needed up to 2 times per day)
• Watering as often as necessary during and in between feedings.
• Turnout horse into individual paddock seven days a week for at least one hour each day
• Blanket changing and turn out boots as required. (Boots to be provided by client.)
• Client use of facilities 7 days a week from 7 AM to 11 PM, including arena, wash rack, tack room and lounge area.
• Riding trails open to use by all boarders.
• Nightly barn rounds include watering as needed, adjusting of blankets, checking the comfort and security of the horse.
• Use of onsite laundry machine. (See trainer for rules regarding use of laundry facility.)

Other Services Offered

• Hold horse for ferrier, vet, etc. - $30.00 per hour
• Clipping (body, trace, show prep, etc.) – Varies depending on scope.  See trainer for rates.
• Special medication administration – Depends on type of administration and frequency.  See trainer for rates.
• Laundry Service – Free personal usage, or $10.00 per month to have barn do unlimited laundry.

Deposit Requirements

A deposit of $200 per horse is required to secure a stall.  The deposit will then be applied towards last month’s board, assuming that the boarded horse does no damage during his/her tenancy.

Horse Hauling Fees

(Available to clients only) Hauling fees listed below are an approximation and are subject to change at anytime due to gas prices and other expenses involved with trailering. Please see your trainer for exact rates prior to haul.

Trailer Storage

Unfortunately, due to limited space, Eremon Farm does not generally offer trailer storage.
